Who is responsible
This policy covers spyroller.com. The data described here is the responsibility of SpyRoller. You can reach us about anything on this page at info@spyroller.com.
What we collect
- Server logs. Like any website, our web server records technical details of each request: the IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser’s user agent and the referring page. We use them only to keep the site running and secure, and keep them no longer than we need for that.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address to reply and to follow up, for example on a correction, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
- Nothing else. There are no accounts, newsletters or forms, and no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers.
Cookies
SpyRoller doesn’t set cookies or store anything in your browser. Our cookie policy has the details.
Casinos and other sites we link to
When you follow a link to a casino, an affiliate network or any other website, you leave SpyRoller and that site’s own privacy policy and cookies apply. An affiliate link may tell the casino that you arrived from SpyRoller, so that we can be credited if you open an account.
Why we use this data
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
- Your emails: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you have asked us to take.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf. We don’t sell personal data or share it with advertisers or casinos. We would disclose information only if the law required us to.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email us and we will reply within the time the law allows.
You can also complain to your data protection authority: for example the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, for example if we add analytics, we will update this page before it happens. This version is dated 22 October 2026.
