On 22 October 2026 we read Velobet’s general terms (marked “version 07/03/2025”), offers, legal pages and FAQ with every collapsed section opened, recorded the lobby counters and footer logos, and checked the licence on the regulator’s certificate and register; on 27 October we rechecked the offers and terms and read its Trustpilot, Casino Guru and AskGamblers pages. Pages were read from connections outside the four countries we cover (mostly Germany on 22 October, Georgia on 27 October), and terms can differ by country; our country visits used VPN endpoints in the UK (9 October), Canada, New Zealand and Ireland (21 October). We didn’t open an account, deposit, withdraw or contact support. Our review method explains the rest.
Is Velobet casino safe? Licence and player protection
Velobet is run by Santeda International B.V. (company number 151296, Curaçao). The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate for velobet.com names licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, granted on 14 August 2024 under the 2024 gaming law, status Active. The regulator’s register of 20 October 2026 records it differently: issued 24 June 2025, expiring 24 December 2025, status “Assessment in progress”, and Velobet’s company page calls the regulator the “Curaçao Gaming Control Board”. The Velobet sister sites are Zizobet, Cosmobet and Rolletto, whose own pages name the same operator; our review of Zizobet covers one of them. A Velobet mirror at velobet.win, in German, had its own Active certificate for the same licence, while velobet.one loaded an empty page.

Who can play at Velobet
Velobet’s terms bar residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF-blacklisted countries; accounts from Russia and Belarus are closed “with the remaining balance being retained by the Company”. Velobet blocked our UK visit on 9 October 2026 with an “Access Restricted” page, although the UK isn’t on its list. On 21 October it opened from Canada and Ireland, while from New Zealand every page stopped at a security check we didn’t try to pass. An open website isn’t permission to play, and its terms and certificate name only its Curaçao licence; our country guides explain the law in each country.
Velobet welcome bonus and promotions
The welcome package advertises up to 330% and 300 free spins. The 330% is the sum of three stage percentages, not a match on any one deposit, and the full €2,000 of bonus credit takes €2,125 across three deposits. The first-deposit bands meet at €500 without saying which applies at exactly that amount, and a €600 first deposit earns €600 at 100%, less than the €748.50 a €499 deposit earns at 150%.
Welcome bonus worked example
- Deposit: €20 at the first stage.
- Match: 150% (deposits of €10–€500).
- Bonus credited: €30, plus the first 30 spins.
- Total playable balance: €50, plus spins whose game and value the offer doesn’t name.
- Wagering: 30× the bonus plus deposit.
- Total wagering needed: €1,500, within 30 days.
- Spins equivalent: 7,500 spins at €0.20, with no bet above €5; that is turnover, not a reason to deposit more.
- Win cap: withdrawals from bonus winnings are capped at 10× the deposit (€200), and from spin winnings at €100.
The example assumes casino bets count in full; the welcome terms list no excluded games or contribution rates.
Velobet wagering requirements
Wagering is 30 times the bonus plus deposit within 30 days, far longer than Zizobet’s five or Cosmobet’s seven, with a €5 maximum bet on casino games only. Anything won above ten times the deposit is forfeited. Cancelling through live chat deducts “the total bonus amount, any winnings generated from it, and the overall bet amount” since activation, because bonus funds and real money “are not kept separate”; the general terms describe a narrower rule, and neither says which prevails. Velobet free spins, bonus code and other offers
The Velobet free spins arrive 30 at a time: after the first deposit, then on each of the next nine days you log in, and a missed day loses the rest. The welcome offers need no code. The blog advertises a Velobet bonus code list, including 15 no-deposit spins said to be “available to players from every country”, but those codes don’t appear on the casino’s promotions page and we didn’t test them. The casino itself listed no Velobet no deposit bonus; its nearest offer was social-media spins (10 for following Velobet, 15 for posting your username under its X post) with 100× wagering and a €100 withdrawal cap.
The other offers reward depositing more or more often: crypto deposit gift draws that favour bigger deposits, daily login spins for accounts that deposited €20 in the past week, and a monthly loyalty bonus for keeping deposits at the same level. Velobet cashback is a 10% no-wagering VIP cashback on deposits since your last withdrawal or bonus, which conflicts with the general terms’ wagering and five-times cap on cashback. A Welcome Crypto Deposit Bonus pays 160% up to €1,000 on a first crypto deposit, slots only, at the same 30× in 30 days, with ten named slots excluded. If an offer pushes you to top up to keep a streak, step back.
Velobet sign up walkthrough
Based on the terms, FAQ and KYC policy; we didn’t open an account.
- Register. According to the FAQ, the Velobet register form takes an email address, a username that can’t be changed later and a password of at least eight characters with a capital letter. You must be 18 or older (or older where your local law says so), with one account per person, household or IP address.
- Verify early. Velobet verification asks for a passport or ID card and proof of address no older than three months, in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet or shown on a video call, and allows up to 48 hours to check them. The refund policy says funds are cancelled if certified ID isn’t provided within five days of a request; the general terms are milder.
- Activate, then deposit. Switch the welcome bonus on, then deposit at least €10 and don’t bet before it is active.
- Track wagering. You have 30 days, and the daily spins need a login each day.
- First withdrawal. Finish the bonus (cancelling deducts every bet made since activation), wager each deposit at least once “with a coefficient of 1.3”, and request at least €10.
Velobet games: slots and live casino
The Velobet games lobby counted 10,109 entries on 22 October 2026 and the live casino 626; these are counters, not unique games, and contents vary by country. Velobet slots come from about 100 studios in the slot filter, among them Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming and BGaming, with categories such as Bonus Buy and Megaways.
The Velobet live casino carried tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech and others, including Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time. The fairness page says a laboratory certified the random number generators but doesn’t name it. We didn’t play, so game performance wasn’t tested.
Velobet sports betting, bet builder and cash out
Velobet sports betting covers pre-match and live markets, esports, virtual sports and racing. The Welcome Sport Bonus pays 150% up to €1,000 on a first deposit of €10 or more, plus 10 free bets of unstated value once your first sports bet of €10 or more settles. Wagering is 15× the deposit plus bonus within 30 days, on bets of three or more events at odds of 1.3 or more each, with a $10 minimum per bet; outrights and horse and dog races are excluded. Withdrawals from the bonus winnings are capped at 10× the deposit and from free-bet winnings at 15× the free bet, and a winning free bet pays only the winnings.
The Velobet bet builder combines up to ten markets from one sport and can’t be edited or cashed out. Velobet cash out works on eligible pre-match, live and virtual bets, but not on system bets, tickets changed with the Replace function, free bets, slips with odds above 8.0 or accumulators of more than seven events, and it can be switched off without notice; removing a selection costs 10% of the remaining stake. For bettors in Ireland: since 1 July 2026 online bookmakers serving Ireland need a licence from its gambling regulator, and Velobet wasn’t on that regulator’s register on 20 October 2026.
Velobet payout methods, withdrawal times and limits
The footer showed Visa, Mastercard, AstroPay, Skrill, Interac, Neteller, Paysafecard and five cryptocurrencies, and the terms say to ask support which methods suit your country: they exclude Visa in nine countries and allow Mastercard in 29. Non-crypto methods need a completed profile, and the KYC policy expects identity checks before any financial transaction. Deposits must come from your own accounts and be wagered once “with a coefficient of 1.3” before withdrawal, or Velobet may deduct 20%.

The stated Velobet withdrawal time is processing within three banking days, and the KYC policy allows up to 48 hours to check documents; arrival depends on the method. The blog promises crypto payouts “under 30 minutes” and different limits from the terms, which we don’t rely on. Trustpilot reports run from same-day bank payouts to repeated verification and an account investigation a player was told could take up to six months, listed under player reviews below. The dormant-account rule is the one to remember: a €100 balance left without a login for 60 days could lose €20 a month until it is gone, though logging in stops further fees. It was in the copies of the terms we read from Germany, Georgia and Canada, but the copy shown to our Irish visit on 21 October, with the same version label, left the section out. Velobet mobile site and app
The Velobet app installs from the browser on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS, with “no app store”: a shortcut that opens the site in its own window. On a phone-width screen from Ireland and Canada on 21 October 2026, the Velobet mobile site at m.velobet.com showed sign-up and log-in buttons, games and a bottom menu for Sports, Deposit, Casino and Live Casino.
Velobet customer service and complaints
The Velobet live chat and support@velobet.com are stated as available around the clock; when we checked on 27 October 2026, Casino Guru rated the live chat “Average” and AskGamblers listed an average complaint response of two days. We didn’t contact an agent.
Velobet complaints go to compliance@velobet.com in the terms and complaints@velobet.com on the dispute page, which points to “any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator” without naming one; the terms set no complaint deadline. Under the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s complaints policy (version 1.1, 18 June 2025, read as republished by the trade site European Gaming), you can complain free of charge up to six months after the bet is settled or the incident happens (for ante-post and peer-to-peer bets, from settlement or the end of the event). Most complaints must be acknowledged within a week and answered within four weeks (extendable once by four weeks with notice); responsible-gambling complaints must be acknowledged within two days and, with best efforts, resolved within five business days. Unresolved complaints can go to an independent dispute service at the operator’s cost, so ask Velobet which one it uses. The regulator itself doesn’t decide individual complaints.
Responsible gambling tools at Velobet
Velobet’s responsible gaming page lists account limits, without saying which kinds, plus time-outs and links to GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Time-outs are arranged through support and end automatically, but the self-exclusion page says a time-out can be lifted early on written request. Self-exclusion is requested by email for six months to five years (six months by default), and neither page says whether it covers Zizobet, Cosmobet and Rolletto. We didn’t test the tools in an account.
Enforcement matters as much as the list. On Trustpilot, one player wrote that their account was reopened on the same day after they asked for a five-year closure (10 May 2026), and another that live chat confirmed a permanent closure but they could still deposit (updated 16 May 2026); Velobet replied that closures must go through its responsible gambling procedures. Don’t rely on the UK self-exclusion register here either: neither Velobet nor its operator was on the UK scheme’s list of participating companies (updated 21 October 2026, checked 27 October). The Velobet Trustpilot profile for velobet.com scored 3.1 from 829 reviews on 27 October 2026, with 51% five-star and 38% one-star. The company claimed it in August 2023, invites customers to review and has replied to 58% of negative reviews. We paraphrase the reports; they are opinions, not verified facts.

Verification and account reviews come up again and again: some players describe quick payouts, others repeated checks and long holds. Casino Guru’s own review (September 2026) gives a Safety Index of 8.0, an editorial score rather than a player rating, and judges the terms “mostly fair”; our reading flags the dormant fee and the five-day ID deadline as the clauses to weigh.
What Velobet gets wrong
- A possible 20% monthly fee on accounts without a login for 60 days, taking small balances in full.
- Five days to send certified ID under the refund policy, against milder general terms.
- A cancellation rule that can deduct all bets made since the bonus was activated.
- Promotions built around depositing more or more often.
- A blog that promises codes, limits and payout speeds the terms don’t back.

Neither is clearly better, and both have a register entry still under assessment. Velobet shows 10,109 lobby entries where Betmac publishes no total, has a sportsbook and a lower minimum withdrawal, but its dormant fee is far harsher; Betmac’s main problems are its €100 minimum and conflicting wagering terms.
Velobet review: final verdict
Velobet’s appeal is choice and time: a very large casino and live lobby, a sportsbook with a bet builder and cash out, and 30 days to wager its welcome bonus. Against that, the account rules are harsh, above all the dormant fee, and its promotions lean on depositing again.
We’d wait until the regulator’s register matches the certificate; the register of 20 October 2026 didn’t. After that, it may suit an experienced player who lives somewhere Velobet accepts and whose own law allows offshore play, logs in regularly and withdraws what they don’t plan to play. Bettors in Ireland should note it wasn’t on Ireland’s register of licensed bookmakers on 20 October 2026. If you have self-excluded anywhere, don’t open an account. If you do sign up, send documents as soon as they are requested and keep a record of when you did.
