On 22 October 2026 we read Cosmobet’s general terms, offer pages, sportsbook rules and legal pages with every collapsed section opened, recorded the lobby counters, and checked the licence on the regulator’s certificate and register. On 26 October we rechecked the offers and terms, partly through a Romanian connection, read its Trustpilot, Casino Guru and AskGamblers pages, and searched Reddit; on 27 October we checked the UK self-exclusion register’s list of participating companies. Pages were read from a connection outside the four countries we cover, and terms can differ by country; our country visits used VPN endpoints in the UK (8 October), Canada, New Zealand and Ireland (21 October). We didn’t open an account, deposit, withdraw or contact support. Our review method explains the rest.
Is Cosmobet casino safe? Licence and player protection
Cosmobet is run by Santeda International B.V. (company number 151296, Curaçao). The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate for cosmobet.com names licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, granted on 14 August 2024 under the 2024 gaming law, status Active. The regulator’s register of 20 October 2026 records it differently: issued 24 June 2025, expiring 24 December 2025, status “Assessment in progress”. Our Curaçao licence guide explains how to read a register entry.
The Cosmobet sister sites are Zizobet, Velobet and Rolletto, whose terms name the same operator; our Zizobet review covers the closest one. The mirror cosmobet.one has its own Active certificate for the same licence, while cosmobet.co had no seal.
| Detail | What we found |
|---|---|
| Licence | Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/1798/1048 |
| Licence holder | Santeda International B.V. |
| Player fund protection | Not stated |
| Self-exclusion | Through support, six months to five years (six months by default); sister sites not mentioned |
| Complaint window | Two months in the terms; the regulator’s policy allows six |
| Dispute service | None named on the main site (the blog names eCOGRA, unverified) |
| Game testing | A “reputable licensed laboratory”, not named on the main site |
Who can play at Cosmobet
Cosmobet’s terms bar residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF-blacklisted countries, and accounts from Russia and Belarus are closed with “the current balance” kept. Cosmobet blocked our UK visit on 8 October 2026 with an “Access Restricted In Your Region” page, although the UK isn’t on its list; on 21 October it opened on desktop from Canada, New Zealand and Ireland. An open website isn’t permission to play, and its terms and certificate name only its Curaçao licence; our country guides explain the law in each country.
Don’t try to get round a block. The terms list checks for “geo-location or IP masking”, and where they find such techniques Cosmobet can close the account, cancel bonuses and winnings and keep up to 50% of the remaining deposit as a termination fee. The copy seen from Romania on 26 October 2026 adds a six-month account investigation first; copies from four other countries on 21–22 October don’t, under the same “last updated” date, so it may be a change or a country version.
Cosmobet welcome bonus and promotions
The welcome package advertises up to 400% and up to 1,000 free spins. The 400% is four separate 100% matches, each capped at €500, so the most bonus credit is €2,000 and reaching it takes four deposits of €500.
| Deposit | Bonus | Free spins |
|---|---|---|
| €20–€99.99 | 100% of the deposit | 50 |
| €100–€199.99 | 100% of the deposit | 100 |
| €200–€500 | 100% of the deposit | 250 |
| Over €500 | €500 (the cap) | 250 |
Welcome bonus worked example
- Deposit: €20 at the first stage.
- Match: 100%.
- Bonus credited: €20, plus 50 spins worth $0.10 each.
- Total playable balance: €40; your deposit moves to the bonus balance and counts towards wagering.
- Wagering: 30× the deposit plus bonus.
- Total wagering needed: €1,200, within seven days.
- Spins equivalent: 6,000 spins at €0.20, with no bet above €5; that is turnover, not a reason to deposit more to beat the deadline.
- Win cap: withdrawals from bonus winnings are capped at 10× the deposit (€200); the cap on spin winnings is unclear (below).
The example assumes an eligible slot counting in full; the offer terms list ten excluded slots and allow slots only.
Cosmobet wagering requirements
Every stage needs 30 times the deposit plus bonus within seven days, with a €5 maximum bet, on slots only; a €500 deposit at any stage means €30,000 of bets in a week. Anything won above ten times the qualifying deposit is forfeited, and using a slot’s “bonus buy” feature to clear a bonus counts as unfair play. To withdraw early you must cancel the bonus, and the terms then deduct “the bonus amount and the sum of the profits received after its activation”. Our bonus guide explains how caps and cancellation rules change what an offer is worth.
Cosmobet free spins, promo code and other offers
The Cosmobet free spins expire 24 hours after they are credited, and all 1,000 need four deposits of €200 or more, €800 in all, for a face value of $100. The general terms conflict on spin winnings: one clause caps withdrawals at €100 or $100, another allows up to 500 USD/EUR from deposit-linked spins “if the bonus does not require wagering”, and the offer page says neither, so ask support in writing before you accept.
You don’t need a Cosmobet bonus code: the welcome and crypto offers are activated under Profile → Bonuses. A Cosmobet no deposit bonus wasn’t among the offers listed on 22 and 26 October. The welcome, crypto and sports offers can’t run alongside each other.
The 200% Crypto Deposit Bonus applies once, to your first-ever crypto deposit: from €20 up to €1,000 of bonus, slots only, at 35× (deposit + bonus) within seven days with a €5 maximum bet and the same excluded games, activated after depositing and before your first bet. Cancelling it deducts “the bonus, winnings, and all bets placed since activation”.
Cosmobet cashback returns 10% of net monthly losses on crypto deposits, minus any bonus already claimed on them. You email promotions@cosmobet.com within the first five days of the following month; approved cashback is credited by the 10th as a bonus with 30× wagering on the bonus amount within seven days and a €5 maximum bet, playable on slots, live casino, mini games and sports bets of two or more selections at 1.65 or more each. Withdrawals from it are capped at five times the bonus.
Cosmobet sign up walkthrough
Based on the terms, FAQ and KYC policy; we didn’t open an account.
- Register. Select Sign Up on the homepage or a Cosmobet Register button on the promotions page. According to the FAQ, you enter an email address, a username that can’t be changed later and a password of at least eight characters with an uppercase letter, tick “I accept Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy” and finish. You must be 18 or older (or older where your local law says so), with one account per person, household or IP address.
- Complete your profile. Name, date of birth, mobile number, country, city and address are needed before you can use methods other than crypto.
- Verify early. Cosmobet verification asks for a passport or ID card and proof of address no older than six months, in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet or shown on a video call. The general terms allow 30 days for proof of identity; the refund policy allows five days for certified documents, after which funds “may be cancelled”.
- Deposit, then activate. Deposit at least €20, then activate the stage before your first bet.
- First withdrawal. Finish or cancel the bonus, wager each deposit at least once, and request at least €20.
Cosmobet games: slots and live casino
The Cosmobet games lobby counted 10,148 entries on 22 October 2026 and the live casino 621; these are counters, not unique games, and contents vary by country. Cosmobet slots come from about 100 studios in the slot filter, among them Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, ELK Studios and BGaming, with categories such as Bonus Buy and Megaways and a Mini Games section.
The Cosmobet live casino carried tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech and others, including Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time. The fairness page says the random number generators were certified by a laboratory it doesn’t name. We didn’t play, so game performance wasn’t tested.
Cosmobet sports betting, bet builder and cash out
Cosmobet sports betting covers pre-match and live markets, esports, virtual sports, racing and predictions. The 150% Sports Bonus pays up to €1,000 on a first deposit of €20 or more, activated before you bet: wagering is 15× the deposit plus bonus within 30 days, on bets of three or more selections at odds of 1.30 or more each, with a €1,000 maximum bet. Cash-out and void bets don’t count, outrights, horse racing and greyhounds are excluded, withdrawals from the bonus winnings are capped at 10× the deposit, and under the general terms bets at odds below 1.30 may not count as wagered.
The Cosmobet bet builder combines up to ten markets from one sport and can’t be edited or cashed out. Cosmobet cash out works on eligible pre-match, live and virtual bets, but not on system bets, tickets changed with the Replace function, free bets, slips with odds above 8.0 or accumulators of more than seven events, and it can be switched off without notice; removing a selection from a ticket costs 10% of the remaining stake. Our betting sites guide compares these tools across Curaçao sportsbooks.
For bettors in Ireland: since 1 July 2026 online bookmakers serving Ireland need a licence from its gambling regulator, and Cosmobet wasn’t on that regulator’s register on 20 October 2026.
Cosmobet payout methods, withdrawal times and limits
The main site’s public pages listed no deposit methods beyond the cryptocurrencies in the currency list; its terms say to ask support which methods suit your country, and the FAQ says non-crypto methods need a completed profile, though the KYC policy expects identity checks before any financial transaction. The brand’s blog terms list cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and Paysafecard, but also a €10 minimum and licence OGL/2025/4887/5353, which isn’t on the register, so we treat them as unverified. Deposits must come from accounts in your own name, and each deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals | Time (stated) | Time (player-reported) | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto (8 coins) | Yes | To the deposit method | Within three banking days (general rule) | No method-specific reports | No method fee stated; general rules below |
| Bank transfer | Not listed on the main site | Yes, except USD payouts | Processed within three banking days; arrival time not stated | Trustpilot: within 24 hours (24 Sep 2026) | Intermediary charges up to €16 in exceptional cases |
| Cards and e-wallets | Not listed on the main site; ask support | Availability unconfirmed; the same-method rule applies where supported | Within three banking days (general rule) | No method-specific reports | No method fee stated; general rules below |
The stated Cosmobet withdrawal time is processing within three banking days, back to the deposit method unless Cosmobet approves another; arrival depends on the method, and identity checks can hold a payout. On Trustpilot, players described withdrawals usually the same day (16 October 2026) and £250 in the bank the next day once verified (14 September); others describe closed accounts and missing deposits, listed under player reviews below.
| Rule | What the terms say |
|---|---|
| Cosmobet minimum withdrawal | €20 or equivalent |
| Cosmobet withdrawal limit | €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month or equivalent, unless a promotion says otherwise; VIP limits unstated |
| Large wins | Above €15,000, may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €15,000; a €100,000 cap per bet or spin, including bonus rounds and free spins, with jackpot winnings excluded |
| Bonus withdrawal caps | 10× the deposit from bonus winnings; 5× from cashback; for spins, €100, or €500 where a bonus needs no wagering (which applies to the welcome spins is unconfirmed) |
| Low turnover | Processing costs may apply if bets since the last deposit are under three times it |
| Dormant account | After 365 days without a login, a possible monthly fee of 5% of the balance on the day it became dormant, capped at €20 |
| Refunds | Requests within 14 days (30 if someone else used your account), for unplayed funds only; up to 20% plus processing costs may be charged |
| Account closure | A possible 20% fee on returned deposits; where prohibited techniques are found, up to 50% of the remaining deposit as a termination fee (one copy of the terms adds a possible six-month investigation first) |
Our payments guide explains how methods and same-method rules work in general.
Cosmobet mobile site and app
We found no Cosmobet app to install. On a phone-width screen from Canada on 21 October 2026, the site moved us to the Cosmobet mobile site at m.cosmobet.com, with sign-up and log-in buttons and a bottom menu for Sports, Casino, Mini Games and Live Casino; the same check didn’t finish from New Zealand or Ireland.
Cosmobet customer service and complaints
The Cosmobet live chat and support@cosmobet.com are stated as available around the clock; when we checked on 26 October 2026, Casino Guru rated the live chat “Average” and AskGamblers listed an average complaint response of two days. We didn’t contact an agent.
Cosmobet complaints go to complaints@cosmobet.com, and the terms say a complaint must be made within two months of the issue or “may be disregarded”. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s complaints policy (version 1.1, 18 June 2025, read as republished by the trade site European Gaming) allows six months after the bet is settled or the incident happens (for ante-post and peer-to-peer bets, from settlement or the end of the event). Most complaints must be acknowledged within a week and answered within four weeks (extendable once by four weeks with notice); responsible-gambling complaints must be acknowledged within two days and, with best efforts, resolved within five business days. Unresolved complaints can go to an independent dispute service at the operator’s cost; the main site names none, so complain in writing within two months and ask which service it uses. The regulator itself doesn’t decide individual complaints.
Responsible gambling tools at Cosmobet
Cosmobet’s responsible gaming page lists account limits, without saying which kinds, plus time-outs and links to “Gambling Anonymous”, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Time-outs are arranged through support and end automatically, but the self-exclusion page says a time-out can be lifted early on written request, at the casino’s discretion. Cosmobet self-exclusion is requested by email for six months to five years, and if you don’t state a period the account is closed for six months. Neither page says whether an exclusion covers Zizobet, Velobet and Rolletto, so ask support. We didn’t test the tools in an account.
Don’t rely on the UK self-exclusion register here: neither Cosmobet nor its operator was on the UK scheme’s list of participating companies (updated 21 October 2026, checked 27 October). If you have self-excluded, don’t open an account; our safer gambling page lists free, confidential support.
What real players say about Cosmobet
The Cosmobet Trustpilot profile for cosmobet.com scored 2.8 from 359 reviews on 26 October 2026, with opinion split: 35% five-star and 53% one-star. The company claimed the profile in November 2023, invites customers to review and has replied to 96% of negative reviews. We paraphrase the reports; they are opinions, not verified facts.
| Source | Rating | What players praise | What players criticise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot (cosmobet.com) | 2.8 from 359 reviews; claimed | Withdrawals usually the same day and simple verification (16 Oct 2026); straightforward verification (13 Oct 2026); a bank transfer within 24 hours and quick chat replies (24 Sep 2026); £250 in the bank the next day once verified (14 Sep 2026) | Deposits taken but not credited (14 and 7 Oct 2026); funds locked until wagered (6 Oct 2026); a jackpot won with free spins taken away (updated 2 Oct 2026); accounts closed after a withdrawal request (17 Sep 2026) or after video verification (13 Sep 2026) |
| Casino Guru | User feedback “Good” from 25 reviews | — | 61 complaints: 1 unresolved, 16 resolved, 44 rejected |
| AskGamblers | Player rating 8.6/10 from 25 reviews; its own rating 7/10 | — | 10 complaints; the page said Cosmobet isn’t available in our country |
| No dated report verified through a search engine’s index | — | — |
Verification comes up again and again: some players describe quick payouts once it was done, others accounts closed after it. Casino Guru’s own review (May 2026) gives a Safety Index of 8.3, an editorial score rather than a player rating, and found no unfair or predatory rules in the terms; our October reading flags the short ID and complaint deadlines and the termination fee as the clauses to weigh.
What Cosmobet gets wrong
- Five days to send certified ID under the refund policy, against 30 days in the general terms.
- Seven days per stage to wager the welcome bonus 30× the deposit plus bonus, with conflicting caps on spin winnings.
- A two-month complaint window, a third of the regulator’s six months.
- Copies of the terms that differ under the same date: one adds a six-month account investigation before the 50% termination fee.
- Deposit methods not listed on the main site, and blog terms that contradict it.
- No named dispute service, and no word on whether self-exclusion covers its sister sites.
Cosmobet casino vs Betmac
Betmac is run by a different company, Sefiarray B.V. (licence OGL/2024/842/0350); the Betmac review has the detail. The table compares the main points.
| Cosmobet | Betmac | |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome bonus | Four 100% matches of up to €500 plus up to 1,000 spins; 30× (deposit + bonus) within seven days per stage | 100% up to €525 on one deposit, plus 100 spins mentioned only in a promotions FAQ; 35× (deposit + bonus) in its terms, 45× in that FAQ |
| Games | 10,148 casino and 621 live lobby entries; sportsbook | No lobby total; 38 providers (Casino Guru); no publicly accessible sportsbook found in the 23–26 October checks, though its sports pages returned errors rather than “not found” |
| Withdrawals (stated) | Processed within three banking days; €20 minimum; €7,500 a week, €15,000 a month | Processing aim of 1–3 business days after verification; €100 minimum; €2,000 a day, €6,000 a week, €15,000 a month |
| Withdrawals (player-reported) | Same day to next day once verified (Trustpilot, Sep–Oct 2026) | Trustpilot (betmac3.com): a Friday request in the bank on the Monday (13 Oct 2025); an 11-day hold, unresolved when posted (17 Aug 2026) |
| Main fee clauses | Possible processing costs under 3× turnover; a possible dormant fee of up to €20 a month after 365 days; up to 20% on refunds and returned deposits; up to 50% of the remaining deposit where prohibited techniques are found | Withdrawal fees may apply; a possible 50% fee on pending withdrawals of €10,000 or more from self-excluded or timed-out accounts; a possible €10 a month after 12 months inactive |
| Support | Live chat and email, stated as 24/7; 61 Casino Guru complaints, 1 unresolved | Chat and email; one Casino Guru complaint, resolved |
| Ratings | Trustpilot 2.8 (cosmobet.com, 359 reviews); Casino Guru Safety Index 8.3 | Trustpilot 1.8 (betmac3.com, 31 reviews); Casino Guru Safety Index 7.4 |
Neither is clearly better, and both have a register entry still under assessment. Cosmobet shows 10,148 lobby entries where Betmac publishes no total, and has a sportsbook and a lower minimum withdrawal but a five-day certified-ID deadline and a two-month complaint window; Betmac’s main problems are its €100 minimum and conflicting wagering terms.
Cosmobet review: final verdict
Cosmobet’s appeal is choice: a very large casino and live lobby and a sportsbook with a bet builder and cash out. Against that, the welcome deadlines are short, and the account rules, from verification to complaints, are stricter than the headline offer suggests.
We’d wait until the regulator’s register matches the certificate; the register of 20 October 2026 didn’t. After that, it may suit an experienced player who wants one account for casino and sports, lives somewhere Cosmobet accepts and whose own law allows offshore play, and verifies straight away. Bettors in Ireland should note that its sportsbook isn’t licensed there. If you have self-excluded anywhere, don’t open an account. If you do sign up, send your documents as soon as they are requested and keep a record of when you did.
