On 22 October 2026 we read Rolletto’s general terms, promotions and legal pages with every section opened. From our research connection, outside the four countries we cover, rolletto.com redirected to a mirror at rolletto1.cc, so that is where we read them; the terms matched, apart from the site name, the rolletto.com copies shown to our Canadian and Irish visits on 21 October. On 27 October we rechecked the promotions and read Rolletto’s Trustpilot, Casino Guru and AskGamblers pages. Our country visits used VPN endpoints in the UK (8 October), Canada, New Zealand and Ireland (21 October). We didn’t open an account, deposit, withdraw or contact support. Is Rolletto casino safe? Licence and player protection
Rolletto is run by Santeda International B.V. (company number 151296, Curaçao). The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificates for rolletto.com and rolletto.win name licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, granted on 14 August 2024 under the 2024 gaming law, status Active. The regulator’s register of 20 October 2026 records it differently: issued 24 June 2025, expiring 24 December 2025, status “Assessment in progress”. The Rolletto sister sites are Zizobet, Cosmobet and Velobet, which name the same operator; our Velobet review covers one of them. The rolletto1.cc mirror we were sent to named the operator and licence but carried no seal, and the rolletto.com page shown to our Irish visit had no operator line or seal at all, so check the address in your browser against a certificate before you deposit.

Who can play at Rolletto
Rolletto’s terms bar residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF-blacklisted countries; accounts from Russia and Belarus are closed with “the current balance” kept. Rolletto blocked our UK check on 8 October 2026 with an “Access Restricted In Your Region” page, although the UK isn’t on its list. On 21 October rolletto.com opened from Canada and Ireland, and our New Zealand visit was sent to rolletto.win. An open website isn’t permission to play, and its terms and certificates name only its Curaçao licence; our country guides explain the law in each country.
Rolletto welcome bonus and promotions
The welcome package advertises up to €5,500 over three deposits plus 200 spins, and was the same on 22 and 27 October 2026; on 8 October its second and third stages were 50% and 25%. The headline is hard to reach: each stage needs 30× the deposit plus bonus within five days.

Welcome bonus worked example
- Deposit: €20 at the first stage.
- Match: 150%.
- Bonus credited: €30, plus 50 spins.
- Total playable balance: €50, plus spins whose value the offer doesn’t state.
- Wagering: 30× the deposit plus bonus.
- Total wagering needed: €1,500, within five days.
- Spins equivalent: 7,500 spins at €0.20, with no spin above €5; that is turnover, not a reason to deposit more to beat the deadline.
- Win cap: withdrawals from bonus winnings are capped at 10× the deposit (€200), and from spin winnings at €100.
The example assumes an eligible slot counting in full; the package warns that “selected Slot Games may not count” without naming them.
Rolletto wagering requirements
Each stage needs 30 times the deposit plus bonus within five days, slots only, with spins above €5 not counting and their winnings forfeited; at the €5 maximum, €270,000 is 54,000 spins in five days. Winnings from games that don’t count can be confiscated, and anything won above ten times the deposit is forfeited. Cancelling through live chat deducts “the total bonus amount, any winnings generated from it, and the total bet amount” since activation, and the general terms add that you must be logged in “from a valid and verifiable IP address” to withdraw bonus winnings. Rolletto free spins, bonus code and other offers
The Rolletto free spins arrive 50 after the first deposit and then 30 a day on five consecutive login days, on Rolletto Luck Bonus Buy, and last 72 hours; a missed day loses the rest. The welcome package needs no Rolletto bonus code: you switch it on in the BONUS tab, though an account-verification spins reward is sent with its own promo code. We found no unrestricted Rolletto no deposit bonus: that verification reward states no deposit condition, but its terms are incomplete.
The Crypto Welcome Bonus pays 100% up to €1,000 plus 200 spins on a first-ever deposit in a cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, at a stiffer 40× within five days. Other offers lean on depositing and playing more: daily crypto deposit spins in set amounts, daily login spins, valid five hours, for verified accounts that deposited $20 in the past 30 days, a Halloween prize draw on qualifying spins, a $250,000 sports leaderboard, and Rolletto cashback of 50% as a free bet on a losing esports bet of $20 or more with two or more selections at 1.30 or more, up to $200 a day. Offers also name coins, such as TRON, USDC, Dogecoin and Stellar, that aren’t in the terms’ currency list. The general terms cap withdrawals from free-spin and free-bet winnings at €100 or $100, without saying how that fits higher figures some promotions quote. If an offer pushes you to top up, step back.
Rolletto sign up walkthrough
Based on the terms, FAQ and KYC policy; we didn’t open an account.
- Register. According to the FAQ, the registration form takes an email address, a username that can’t be changed later and a password of at least eight characters with an uppercase letter. You must be 18 or older (or older where your local law says so), with one account per person, household or IP address.
- Verify early. Rolletto verification asks for a passport or ID card and proof of address no older than six months, in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet or shown on a video call. The general terms give 30 days for proof of identity; the refund policy gives five days for certified documents, after which funds may be cancelled.
- Deposit, and decide on the bonus. Deposit at least €20; if you want a welcome offer, switch it on in the BONUS tab before you play. The casino, crypto and sports welcome offers can’t be combined.
- Track wagering. Five days per stage, and the daily spins need a login each day.
- First withdrawal. Finish the bonus (cancelling deducts every bet made since activation), wager each deposit at least once, and request at least €20.
Rolletto games: slots and live casino
The Rolletto games lobby shows no total; games load in batches behind a “Load More” button. Rolletto slots come from 85 studios in the slot filter on 22 October 2026, among them Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, ELK Studios and BGaming, with categories such as bonus buys, Megaways and jackpot games.
The Rolletto live casino filter listed Pragmatic Play, Imagine Live, Playtech and others, with tables such as Lightning Roulette, Immersive Roulette and Monopoly Live. The fairness page says a laboratory certified the random number generators but doesn’t name it. We didn’t play, so game performance wasn’t tested.
Rolletto sports betting, bet builder and cash out
Rolletto sports betting covers pre-match and live markets, esports, virtual sports and racing. The Sports Welcome Bonus pays 150% up to €1,500 on a first deposit, plus a free bet worth €10 to €200 after your first sports bet settles, depending on its size and valid three days; it needs 15× the deposit plus bonus within 15 days on accumulators of three or more selections at 1.3 or more each, and its page quotes a €10 minimum deposit, below the terms’ €20. Withdrawals from sports free-bet winnings are capped at 15× the free bet in one clause and €100 in another.
The Rolletto bet builder combines up to ten markets from one sport and can’t be edited or cashed out. Rolletto cash out works on eligible pre-match, live and virtual bets, but not on system bets, tickets changed with the Replace function, free bets, slips with odds above 8.0 or accumulators of more than seven events, and it can be switched off without notice. For bettors in Ireland: since 1 July 2026 online bookmakers serving Ireland need a licence from its gambling regulator, and Rolletto wasn’t on that regulator’s register on 20 October 2026.
Rolletto payout methods, withdrawal times and limits
The pages we read gave no payment logos or country list; the terms say to ask, oddly at complaints@rolletto.com, which methods suit your country. The FAQ says you can play with crypto straight after registering but need a completed profile for other methods, and the KYC policy expects identity checks before any financial transaction. Deposits must come from your own accounts and be wagered at least once before withdrawal.

The stated Rolletto withdrawal time is processing within three banking days, back to the deposit method unless Rolletto approves another; arrival depends on the method, and the terms allow a hold for identity checks. Complaints on AskGamblers describe withdrawals blocked during account investigations, one said to last up to six months, and a rejected Ethereum withdrawal still not refunded 11 days later (requested 23 November 2025); none gives a completed payout time. Rolletto mobile site and app
We found no Rolletto app to install. On a phone-width screen from Ireland and Canada on 21 October 2026, the Rolletto mobile site at m.rolletto.com showed sign-up and log-in buttons, games and a bottom menu for Sports, Deposit, Casino and Live Casino; the New Zealand visit loaded its rolletto.win version.
Rolletto customer service and complaints
The Rolletto live chat and support@rolletto.com are stated as available around the clock; when we checked on 27 October 2026, Casino Guru rated the live chat “Good” and AskGamblers listed an average complaint response of two days. We didn’t contact an agent.
Rolletto complaints go to complaints@rolletto.com, and the terms say a complaint must be made within two months or “may be disregarded”. Under the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s complaints policy (version 1.1, 18 June 2025, read as republished by the trade site European Gaming), you can complain free of charge up to six months after the bet is settled or the incident happens (for ante-post and peer-to-peer bets, from settlement or the end of the event). Most complaints must be acknowledged within a week and answered within four weeks (extendable once by four weeks with notice); responsible-gambling complaints must be acknowledged within two days and, with best efforts, resolved within five business days. Unresolved complaints can go to an independent dispute service at the operator’s cost; Rolletto names none, so complain in writing within two months and ask which service it uses. The regulator itself doesn’t decide individual complaints.
Responsible gambling tools at Rolletto
Rolletto’s responsible gaming page lists account limits, without saying which kinds, plus time-outs and links to GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Time-outs are arranged through support and end automatically, but the self-exclusion page says a time-out can be lifted early on written request. Self-exclusion is requested by email for six months to five years, and neither page says whether it covers Zizobet, Cosmobet, Velobet or every Rolletto address. We didn’t test the tools in an account.
Don’t rely on the UK self-exclusion register here: neither Rolletto nor its operator was on the UK scheme’s list of participating companies (updated 21 October 2026, checked 27 October). What real players say about Rolletto
There is no Rolletto Trustpilot rating to report: on 27 October 2026 the profile for rolletto.com said “This profile has been removed”, because the business “goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot”. Trustpilot doesn’t say which guideline. The table summarises what other sources showed.

Casino Guru’s own review (June 2026) gives a Safety Index of 6.0, which it calls below average, an editorial score rather than a player rating; it judges the terms “unfair” and rates the live chat “Good”. That is lower than the Safety Index Casino Guru gave each of its sister sites in the reviews we read on 26–27 October.
What Rolletto gets wrong
- Five days per stage to wager the welcome bonus 30× the deposit plus bonus.
- A possible 20% monthly fee on accounts without a login for 60 days.
- A 24-hour refund window and five days to send certified ID under the refund policy.
- A two-month complaint window, a third of the regulator’s six months.
- Several web addresses, not all of them showing a licence seal.
- A Trustpilot profile removed for breaching Trustpilot’s guidelines.
- No named dispute service, and no word on whether self-exclusion covers its sister sites.

Neither is clearly better, and both have a register entry still under assessment. Rolletto has more studios, a sportsbook and a lower minimum withdrawal, but its five-day deadlines and dormant fee are harsh; Betmac’s main problems are its €100 minimum and conflicting wagering terms.
Rolletto review: final verdict
Rolletto offers what its sister sites do, a big slot catalogue, a live casino and a sportsbook with esports, and the biggest welcome headline of the four. Against that, the five-day deadlines make that headline hard to use, the account rules are harsh, and several addresses carry the brand.
We’d wait until the regulator’s register matches the certificates; the register of 20 October 2026 didn’t. After that, it may suit an experienced player who lives somewhere Rolletto accepts and whose own law allows offshore play, skips the bonus, logs in regularly and withdraws what they don’t plan to play. Bettors in Ireland should note it wasn’t on Ireland’s register of licensed bookmakers on 20 October 2026. If you have self-excluded anywhere, don’t open an account. Check the address against a certificate, and send documents as soon as they are requested.
