On 22 October 2026 we read Zizobet’s general terms, offer pages, sportsbook rules and legal pages with every collapsed section opened, recorded the lobby counters, and checked the licence on the regulator’s certificate and register. On 26 October we rechecked the offers and terms (unchanged apart from a new promo-code banner), read its Trustpilot and Casino Guru pages, and searched AskGamblers and Reddit. Pages were read from a connection outside the four countries we cover, and offers can differ by country; our country visits used VPN endpoints in the UK (8 October), Canada, New Zealand and Ireland (21 October). We didn’t open an account, deposit, withdraw or contact support. Our review method explains the rest.
Is Zizobet casino safe? Licence and player protection
Zizobet is run by Santeda International B.V. (company number 151296, Curaçao). The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate for zizobet.com names licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, granted on 14 August 2024 under the 2024 gaming law, status Active. The regulator’s register of 20 October 2026 records it differently: issued 24 June 2025, expiring 24 December 2025, status “Assessment in progress”, one of 299 licences with that status. Who can play at Zizobet
Zizobet’s terms bar residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF-blacklisted countries. Accounts later found to belong to Georgian users are closed, and the company “reserves the right” to refund their deposits minus 20%; accounts from Russia and Belarus are closed “with the remaining balance being retained by the Company”.
The UK, Canada, New Zealand and Ireland aren’t on the list, and the site opened in our checks from all four, but an open website isn’t permission to play: the terms leave it to you to check that online gambling is legal where you live. Zizobet welcome bonus and promotions
The Casino Welcome Bonus, unchanged between 22 and 26 October 2026, advertises 550% up to €5,300 and up to 900 spins. Neither figure describes your first deposit: the match is spread over four stages, and most of the spins need further deposits.

At exactly €500 the first two bands overlap, and the terms don’t say which match applies.
Welcome bonus worked example
- Deposit: €20 at the first stage.
- Match: 100% (deposits of €10–€500).
- Bonus credited: €20, plus 50 spins.
- Total playable balance: €40, plus the spins, whose value isn’t stated; real money is used first.
- Wagering: 30× the deposit plus bonus.
- Total wagering needed: €1,200, within five days.
- Spins equivalent: 6,000 spins at €0.20, with no bet above €5; that is turnover, not a reason to deposit more to beat the deadline.
- Win cap: withdrawals from bonus winnings are capped at 10× the deposit (€200), and from spin winnings at €100.
The example assumes an eligible slot counting in full. The offer terms name ten excluded slots but give no contribution rates, and the page’s own FAQ says table, roulette and live games “may contribute partially or be excluded”.
Zizobet wagering requirements
Wagering is 30 times the deposit plus bonus within five days, with a €5 maximum stake while the bonus is active. Only one bonus can be active, it must be switched on before you deposit and bet, and it works on casino games only; anything won above ten times the activating deposit is forfeited. Cancelling through live chat removes the bonus, its winnings and “all wagering activity associated with the bonus”, because bonus and real funds “are merged and not kept separately”, so cancelling can cost more than the bonus itself. Zizobet free spins, promo code and other offers
The Zizobet free spins come in three parts: 200 with the four deposit stages, 100 for logging in five days running after a €20 first deposit with verification done, and up to 600 from daily deposit gifts. The gifts start after a first deposit of €5 or more (below the €10 account minimum) and a first bet on slots; days one to four pay 20 to 100 spins depending on that day’s deposit, and day five needs a €50 deposit and pays up to 200 spins on your total deposits. All spins expire 24 hours after they are credited, a missed login day forfeits the remaining login spins, and withdrawals from spin winnings are capped at €100.
You don’t need a Zizobet bonus code for the welcome offer; you switch it on in your account. The nearest thing to a Zizobet promo code was a banner on 26 October promising “secret promo codes” in Zizobet’s Stories from 26 to 31 October, with “limited activations” and no published terms. We found no Zizobet no deposit bonus with published terms: the promotions page lists a Social Media Giveaway of 10 free spins (30 in some listings on 8 October) without terms, and codes on Zizobet’s blog, captured on 8 October, came without complete offer terms on the casino site either.
The other casino offers were a Crypto Casino Bonus of 630% up to €6,060 (its headline promises 75 spins per stage, its terms 50) and Zizobet cashback of 10% on monthly crypto losses, minus any other bonus applied to those deposits. The page says the cashback is credited “by the 10th” but must also be requested within the first five days of the month, and the general terms give cashback a wagering requirement, without stating the multiplier, and cap withdrawals from it at five times the bonus.
Zizobet sign up walkthrough
Based on the terms, FAQ and offer pages; we didn’t open an account.
- Register. Click Register, fill in your details, choose a username and password and confirm your email, according to the FAQ. You must be 18 or older (or older where your local law says so), with one account per person, household or IP address.
- Verify early. Send a passport or ID card and proof of address no older than three months; the verification page allows up to 48 hours. The refund policy says funds are cancelled if certified ID isn’t provided within 28 days of a request, while the general terms say winnings may be confiscated but deposits returned.
- Switch on the bonus, then deposit. Activate the welcome offer before depositing at least €10 (€20 for the login gifts).
- Track wagering. Check your progress against the deadline each day, and use spins on the day they arrive.
- First withdrawal. Finish or cancel any bonus, complete verification and wager each deposit at least once (the terms add an unexplained “coefficient of 1.3”), then request at least €10.
Zizobet games: slots and live casino
The Zizobet games lobby counted 9,871 entries on 22 October 2026 and the live casino 545; these are counters, not unique games, and contents vary by country. Zizobet slots on show included Gates of Olympus from Pragmatic Play and Wanted Dead or a Wild from Hacksaw Gaming, in categories such as Bonus Buy, Megaways and crash games.
The Zizobet live casino carried Evolution tables such as Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time and Playtech’s Quantum Roulette, with sections for roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, sic bo and game shows. We didn’t play, so game performance wasn’t tested.
Zizobet sports betting, bet builder and cash out
Zizobet sports betting covers pre-match and live markets, esports, virtual sports and racing. The Sport Welcome Bonus is headlined “up to €3,000 + up to 150 free bets”, but its two tiers add up to €2,000: 150% up to €1,000 on a first deposit of €10 or more and on a second of €500 or more. Wagering is 15× the deposit plus bonus within 30 days, on bets of three or more selections at odds of 1.3 or more each, with stakes from €5 to €1,000; outrights, horse racing and dog racing don’t count. Winnings from the deposit bonus are capped at 10× the activating deposit, and cancelling removes the bonus, its winnings and the total amount bet. The free bets conflict too: the page shows 10 with the fourth deposit, while the terms give 5 on each of the next three deposits (15 in all); they expire after 24 hours, and withdrawals from their winnings are capped at 15 times the free bet.
The Zizobet bet builder combines up to ten markets from one sport and can’t be edited or cashed out. Zizobet cash out works on eligible pre-match, live and virtual bets, but not on system bets, tickets changed with the Replace function, free bets, slips with odds above 8.0 or accumulators of more than seven events, and it can be switched off without notice; removing a selection from a ticket costs 10% of the remaining stake. For bettors in Ireland: since 1 July 2026 online bookmakers serving Ireland need a licence from its gambling regulator, and Zizobet wasn’t on that regulator’s register on 20 October 2026.
Zizobet payout methods, withdrawal times and limits
Zizobet’s FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Interac, Neosurf and cryptocurrencies “where available”, and says withdrawals generally return to the deposit method. Cards depend on your country: the terms exclude Visa in nine countries, including the USA, Australia and Japan, and allow Mastercard in 29 listed countries. Deposits must come from your own accounts and be wagered at least once, with a “coefficient of 1.3” the terms don’t explain, before you withdraw them.

The stated Zizobet withdrawal time is processing within three banking days; arrival depends on the method, and identity checks can hold a payout. On Trustpilot, players said money reached their bank the next day (posted 6 October 2026), that payouts usually took about a day or less but not at weekends (24 September) and that money arrived within 40 hours (9 September); none named the payment method, and others describe verification problems and locked accounts, listed under player reviews below.

Zizobet mobile site and app
There is no Zizobet app to install; the site offers an “add to home screen” shortcut instead. On a phone-width screen on 21 October 2026 the Zizobet mobile site showed log-in and sign-up buttons and a bottom menu with Live Casino, Sports, Deposit and Casino. We checked the public pages only, not the cashier or games on a phone.
Zizobet customer service and complaints
Support runs through live chat and email, stated as available 24/7, and the FAQ claims chat replies in about a minute; Casino Guru rated its live chat “Average”. We didn’t contact an agent.
Zizobet complaints go to complaints@zizobet.com and are escalated inside the company; after that, the dispute page points to “any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator” without naming one. Under the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s complaints policy (version 1.1, 18 June 2025, read as republished by the trade site European Gaming), you can complain free of charge up to six months after the bet is settled or the incident happens (for ante-post and peer-to-peer bets, from settlement or the end of the event). Most complaints must be acknowledged within a week and answered within four weeks (extendable once by four weeks with notice); complaints about responsible gambling must be acknowledged within two days and, with best efforts, resolved within five business days. Unresolved complaints can go to an independent dispute service at the operator’s cost; that is the policy’s requirement, not something we have seen Zizobet apply, so ask which service it uses. The regulator itself doesn’t decide individual complaints.
Responsible gambling tools at Zizobet
Zizobet’s responsible gaming page lists account limits, time-outs and self-exclusion from six months to five years, arranged through support (live chat or support@zizobet.com), though its FAQ says the tools are in your account settings. The page links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy, but doesn’t say whether an exclusion also covers Cosmobet, Velobet and Rolletto, so ask support. We didn’t test the tools in an account.

What real players say about Zizobet
The Zizobet Trustpilot profile for zizobet.com scored 2.8 from 116 reviews on 26 October 2026, with opinion split: 43% five-star and 49% one-star. The company claimed the profile in November 2025 and has replied to 84% of negative reviews, but hasn’t invited customers recently, so the reviews may not be representative. We paraphrase them; they are opinions, not verified facts.

Verification comes up again and again in the reviews we read: some players describe quick payouts once it was done, while others describe refused documents, confiscated winnings and, in one case, an account locked after passing video verification. Casino Guru’s own review (August 2026) gives a Safety Index of 7.3, an editorial score rather than a player rating, and judges the terms “mostly fair”.
What Zizobet gets wrong
- Licence records that don’t match: Active on the certificate, assessment in progress in the register.
- Five days to wager the welcome bonus 30× the deposit plus bonus, with bonus winnings capped at 10× the deposit.
- A cancellation rule that can remove more than the bonus itself.
- A possible 20% deduction for withdrawing a deposit you haven’t wagered once, and a possible 20% fee on deposits returned when an account closes.
- A 28-day ID deadline in the refund policy that is harsher than the general terms.
- No named dispute service, and no word on whether self-exclusion covers its sister sites.

Neither is clearly better, and both show an Active certificate but a register entry still under assessment. Zizobet publishes large lobby counters, has a sportsbook and a €10 minimum withdrawal but a tighter bonus deadline; Betmac publishes no game total, showed no sportsbook on its public site, and has a €100 minimum withdrawal and conflicting wagering terms.
Zizobet review: final verdict
Zizobet’s appeal is choice: a very large casino and live lobby, a sportsbook with a bet builder and cash out, and €10 minimums. Against that, the welcome deadline is tight, the fee and cancellation rules can cost more than they first appear, and its licence records disagree.
We’d wait until the regulator’s register matches the certificate; the register of 20 October 2026 didn’t. After that, it may suit an experienced player who wants one account for casino and sports, lives somewhere Zizobet accepts and whose own law allows offshore play, and skips the bonus or can meet its deadline. Bettors in Ireland should note that its sportsbook isn’t licensed there. If you have self-excluded anywhere, don’t open an account. If you do sign up, send your verification documents early and keep a record of when you did.
